  • What is the Chef’s Table?

    Think of the Chef’s Table as a private dinner party hosted by the chef himself — right inside the restaurant.

    It’s not a typical reservation or a public event — it’s an exclusive dining experience created just for you and your guests (up to five total).


    Instead of ordering from the regular menu, Chef Terrell Wilson designs a completely custom multi-course meal around your tastes, dietary needs, and curiosities. You’ll share your preferences ahead of time — things you love, ingredients you want to explore, or even a theme you’re curious about — and Chef builds a one-night-only menu just for your table.


    During the evening, each course is presented with a bit of storytelling — where the idea came from, how it ties into The Ravioli Theory’s global inspiration, and what makes it special. It’s a relaxed, conversational experience that feels like you’ve been invited into the kitchen, but with all the comfort of your own  dining space.

  • How much does it cost?

    The Chef’s Table experience starts at $95 per person for a 5-course menu.

    Pricing may vary depending on:


    Pairings: wine, cocktail, or spirit pairings (additional cost)


    Special requests: premium ingredients or custom menu additions (additional cost)


    We’ll always review pricing details before confirming your reservation.

  • How far in advance should I reserve?

    We ask for a minimum of two weeks’ notice to allow the Chef time to design your personalized menu and source specialty ingredients.

  • How do I book?

    Start by completing our Chef’s Table Questionnaire.

    This isn’t to gauge interest — it’s the first step in setting up your private experience.

    Once we receive your completed form, we’ll contact you to:


    Confirm your date and time availability


    Discuss your preferences and dietary needs


    Finalize your reservation details

  • Do you offer beverage pairings?

    Yes. You can choose from:


    Wine Pairing – curated by the team to complement each course


    Cocktail or Spirit Pairing – featuring TRT’s global-inspired cocktail program


    Non-Alcoholic Pairing – a crafted experience featuring mocktails and house infusions

  • How long does the experience last?

    Expect the evening to last around 2–2.5 hours, depending on your group size and pacing.

  • How do I secure my reservation?

    Once we confirm your date and details, we’ll require a deposit to reserve your Chef’s Table. The remaining balance will be due the evening of your experience.
